They are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer who can combine strong technical design skills with a practical, production focused mindset.

What Youll Be Doing Designing and developing wire harnesses and electrical systems for heavy duty equipment Working closely with production teams on the shop floor to resolve issues, support builds and ensure manufacturability Creating and updating electrical schematics, harness drawings and documentation Supporting prototype builds and troubleshooting electrical issues Collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing and supplier teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions Ensuring designs meet safety, quality and industry standards Playing a visible, hands on role in the full product lifecycle from concept to production What Were Looking For 3 years experience as an Electrical Design Engineer Wire harness design experience Background in heavy machinery, off highway vehicles or military equipment Comfortable working on the shop floor and building strong relationships with production teams Practical, hands on problem solver Confident communicator who can work across engineering and manufacturing Desirable skills Experience with CANbus / J1939 Exposure to controls, embedded systems, or vehicle electrics Experience in construction machinery, agricultural machinery or similar sectors Why Join Salary £50,000
