Your new role As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Working on a wide variety of construction projects throughout the UK. Preparing designs, calculations, specifications, and tender documentation for electrical services as part of a project team. Understanding regulations and standards and keeping up to date with future changes. Coordinating with other disciplines and specialists. Undertaking feasibility studies. Preparing detailed budget costs and defined estimates if required. Delivering regulatory obligations associated with Building Regulations Part L and BREEAM. Working with mechanical/energy/Part L engineers to derive low energy design solutions. Attending design team and project meetings on behalf of the company. Preparing specifications, equipment schedules, drawings, and information to installation and fully coordinated standards (RIBA Stage 5).
