Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be representing our client, one of the most exciting SMEs in Londonvin their search for an M&E Project Manager / Designer to join their London team.

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious M&E professional to become the first dedicated M&E specialist within the business, offering the chance to shape and develop the M&E service offering from the ground up.

You will play a key role supporting a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy, working closely with project managers, building surveyors and clients to deliver high-quality technical advice and project delivery across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver M&E design and technical input across a range of projects

• Manage M&E packages through the full project lifecycle

• Provide technical advice to clients and internal teams

• Work closely with building surveyors and project managers on multidisciplinary instructions

• Support the development and growth of the M&E service line

• Maintain strong client relationships and support new business opportunities

About You

• Background in Mechanical & Electrical engineering within consultancy

• Experience in design, project management, or a hybrid role

• Strong understanding of building services and project delivery

• Ambition to help develop and grow a new service line

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
