The Role:
You'll be responsible for inspecting, assessing, and advising on electrical systems to ensure they are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
In plain terms:
You'll inspect LV and HV electrical installations and equipment
You'll assess compliance with UK legislation and standards
You'll identify risk - and explain it clearly to clients
You'll produce professional reports that stand up to scrutiny
You'll act as a trusted technical authority, not a box-ticker
This is a role where your engineering judgement carries weight.
This suits an Electrical Engineer who:
Has a strong hands-on background and moved beyond the tools
Understands regulations, not just theory
Is comfortable making decisions and standing by them
Can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

You're likely to have experience in:
Electrical engineering (industrial, commercial, or infrastructure)
Inspection, testing, commissioning, or compliance
Working with regulations such as the Electricity at Work Regulations and BS standards
