Electrical Engineer\nCanary Wharf, East London \n£50,000\n\nFantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a long standing, well-renowned company in Canary Wharf! Our client is offering a fantastic package which includes a private pension (Up to 15%), private health + dental care, on-going training, job security and other package benefits. \n\nFor this Electrical Engineer position, you'll be part of the commercial maintenance team, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, fill out site logbooks, liaising with subcontractors, carry out general building maintenance and represent the client in a positive manner.\n\nElectrical Engineer Duties:\n\nPerform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks \nWork with Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS \nSafely isolate plant and systems when required \nEnsure all repairs and corrective works meet current regulations and standards \nPromote and adhere to safe working practices and procedures \nMaintain accurate records, including RAMS and logbooks \nManage tasks via PDA system – raising and closing jobs as needed \nElectrical Engineer Requirements;\n\nFully qualified in electrical engineering or installations (City & Guilds, EAL, NVQ or equivalent/higher) \nMinimum of 3 years’ commercial maintenance experience \nStrong understanding of commercial M&E plant and systems \nMust live within commutable distance to Canary Wharf \nProactive, professional, and reliable approach to work \nSalary and Package:\n\n£50,000 pre annum \nPrivate pension scheme of up to 15% \nPrivate health and dental care \nChildcare provided \nLVAP training \nOther package benefits \n4 on / 4 off shift pattern (Day shift only) \nExposure to a high end commercial property \nIf you're interested in this Electrical Engineer role, apply today with an up to date CV!\n\nPosted by Alex Clark
