The Opportunity

A well-established Facilities Management provider is looking to appoint a Multi-Skilled Foot-Mobile Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Central London. This is a role for an engineer who prefers variety over routine. Instead of being tied to one site, the successful candidate will move between multiple buildings, supporting day-to-day maintenance and responding to issues as they arise. Each day brings a different challenge, different systems, and a different environment. The portfolio is well-managed, with sites located within close proximity, making this a practical and efficient foot-mobile route.

Strong communication and a practical mindset are key.

Essential:

Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Experience working in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled ability with basic mechanical knowledge (HVAC, pumps, plumbing) Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently Good communication and a professional approach when dealing with clients and tenantsDesirable:
