Electrical Installation Manager – Commercial Solar & Intelligent Lighting

A leading renewable energy specialist is looking for a hands-on Electrical Installation Manager to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to lead installations of commercial solar PV systems and intelligent lighting solutions for a range of high-profile clients across the UK.

What You’ll Do

* Lead a small team delivering commercial solar and lighting projects

* Plan and organise site work, including materials, equipment, and workforce

* Carry out pre-start surveys and oversee installation designs

* Maintain compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and the installation team

About You

* Fully qualified electrician (ECS Gold Card, 2391 Test & Inspection)

* Experience in commercial solar installations

* Previous leadership or people management experience

* Strong focus on quality, compliance, and excellent client service
