Job Description Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Canning Town, East London - Up to £45,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Canning Town, East London . I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large private luxury residential development situated by Canning Town, East London . The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this two person high end residential site looking after all landlord areas and specificially the lighting.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.

\n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)

\n

Emergency lighting

\n

3 Days a week of lighting repairs and maintenance.

Positions Available

The client is Looking for 1 X  Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

\n Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3

\n

A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance

\n

Excellent customer service skills

\n

Happy to cover a large site

\n

Ideally experience in High End Residential

\n

Honest, hard working and reliable

\n

Package

\n Up to £45,000 per annum

\n

Overtime available

\n

25 days holiday + BH

\n
