Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Full-Time

Horsham | 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off)

We are seeking a skilled Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support plant reliability and operational excellence. This role focuses on maximising equipment availability through effective PPM, rapid fault diagnosis, and continuous process improvements ⚙️.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high plant availability through efficient breakdown response and repair.

• Diagnose running faults and implement effective engineering solutions within minimal downtime.

• Develop and execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and inspection schedules.

• Record recurrent faults and implement engineered improvements to prevent repeat failures.

• Perform minor maintenance on plant and equipment as required.

• Liaise with external contractors for specialised maintenance and repairs.

• Maintain strong compliance with Health & Safety and environmental legislation and company policies.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent) – essential.

• Additional relevant engineering qualifications – desirable.
