In-House Maintenance Engineer We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing industrial site. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on engineer looking for a stable role with responsibility across maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Salary is £36,000 per annum, equivalent to £18.77 per hour, based on 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is required, including attendance for call-outs where necessary. The successful candidate must hold an up-to-date Electrical Qualification to NVQ Level 3 along with the 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification. Industrial site experience is desirable. You should have general handyman and maintenance experience, hold a valid IPAF licence, and be EET / PAT trained. Welding certification would be advantageous. You must be IT literate and comfortable using Excel and Word, as well as confident working with cloud-based safety systems for documenting and managing maintenance assets. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, together with a flexible approach to working hours. The role involves creating and maintaining a proactive maintenance service schedule in line with all listed company equipment and ensuring servicing is completed in accordance with recommended intervals.
