**Responsibilities**

*

Decreasing production downtime and related quality issues related to machinery circumstance, you will be required to arrange planned and preventative routines and undertake necessary corrective actions.

*

Participating as a member of the shift team, investigating and improving processes, product and quality related issues.

*

To participate in fault finding, diagnostic and corrective actions to maintain and improve the operation of the process equipment.

*

To act as incident coordinator (on shift) in the event of major breakdowns / incidents requiring the involvement / call in of other maintenance and support services

*

To conduct and support as directed by the Engineering Leadership, engineering and other improvement projects, and to pro-actively contribute to the development of safety, productivity and quality

**Requirements**

* Forces background highly desirable

* Electrical fault finding skills are essential

* Apprenticeship trained is essential

**Hours**

* Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**

* Circa £42,000 ish

* OT time and 1/2

* Optional Call-out – 5hrs Basic pay + 1 hr @ 1 ½ up to the first hour, then 1 ½ for any further hours.
