Are you an experienced M&E Engineer looking for a stable, well-paid role with no call-outs or weekends ?
Were recruiting a PPM M&E Engineer to join our award-winning Facilities Management team.
Whats on offer OTE up to £60,000 (including overtime, bonus & enhancements)

Base salary: £37,658 £42,432 per annum (depending on experience)

No call-out or weekend working

Door-to-door pay

25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Enhanced overtime rates

Up to 4% annual bonus (subject to targets)

Company van (personal use from day one) & fuel card

Smartphone, tools, uniform & PPE provided

The role Youll be mobile, travelling between sites carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a retail-focused portfolio.
Your work will include PPM activities on:
Air Conditioning

Heating & Heat Pumps

Electrical services & emergency lighting

Some refrigeration-biased PPM tasks (training provided)

During seasonal PPM freeze periods, youll support the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams .
This is an autonomous role where youll take ownership of planned maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs, while confidently delivering a range of mechanical and electrical tasks.

NVQ Level 3 Electrical

18th Edition

Unvented Hot Water

Strong HVAC & plumbing knowledge

Experience within a retail or commercial environment

Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting

Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems (desirable)
