About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join our client, a thriving manufacturing site in Wednesbury. You'll be part of a small, supportive team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring machinery runs reliably and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Execute planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime.
Help drive continuous improvement projects and process optimizations.
Promote and maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Essential Requirements
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
Strong capability in electrical fault-finding and repairs.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
A dynamic, proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Desirable:
Experience with PLC systems.
