Join a Modern Landmark Development We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased) with strong mechanical knowledge to join a specialist engineering team supporting one of London’s newest state-of-the-art commercial developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, high-spec building environment, maintaining advanced plant equipment and building systems while ensuring the smooth and safe operation of critical facilities.

You will become part of a professional and collaborative engineering team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building systems
Maintain and service critical plant including:

Combined Heat & Power (CHP) systems
Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Diesel generators
Chillers
Air handling systems
Building Maintenance Units (BMU)
Diagnose faults and implement effective repair solutions to minimise downtime
Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures
Support the day-to-day operational performance of the building alongside a skilled engineering teamWhat We’re Looking For
Electrically qualified engineer with mechanical knowledge of building services plant
Experience within commercial building services, facilities management, or maintenance environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of health & safety practices
A proactive team player with a professional and reliable approachSalary & Benefits
