Overtime available 26 days holiday + bank holidays Healthcare Cash Plan & Employee Assistance Programme Company pension scheme Life assurance - 3x annual salary Retail & lifestyle discounts (holidays, gyms, tech & more) Cycle to Work scheme Structured training and long-term career progression Shift Pattern Monday - Thursday 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am Friday 6am-12pm 12pm-6pm 6pm-12am Your role As part of a multi-skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in maintaining production performance across the site by: Responding quickly and effectively to machinery breakdowns Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and condition-based tasks Diagnosing electrical faults and minimising downtime Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects Working closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance Maintaining safe systems of work and HSE compliance Supporting spare parts control and documentation What we're looking for Electrical engineering background with a time served apprenticeship or equivalent Strong knowledge of: AC/DC systems Motors and drives Inverters and control panels PLC fault-finding (Allen Bradley preferred) A proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork Why this role?
