Electrical Operations Manager Location: Near East Midlands Airport Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 (DOE) We are a well-established and expanding electrical compliance contractor, and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead our Electrical Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing business and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial electrical compliance and service contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing As the head of Electrical Operations, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple commercial electrical compliance contracts and associated works across schools, office buildings, industrial sites, warehouses, public buildings and hospitals. Your responsibilities will include: Operational & Contract Management •Leading the day-to-day operations of Technical, Admin and Electrical team -Coordinating with estimating and senior management to ensure contracts remain on budget and deliver as expected. • Overseeing labour planning, material supply and general contract requirements. • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure smooth running of contracts. • Reporting on completed works and escalating issues promptly. • Ensuring all works meet required quality standards. • Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements across contracts. • Attending client ...
