Your role will be pivotal in shaping the operational backbone of our projects, ensuring that as we grow, our project delivery remains seamless, efficient, and of the highest quality.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nThese tasks are for the position but are not limited to:\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage the complete project lifecycle.\n\nLiaise and communicate with estimating, operating and projects teams.\n\nManage electrical projects while developing and refining project management tools and processes.\n\nEnsure all projects adhere to safety standards and code requirements, managing budgets, forecasting, timelines, and resources efficiently.\n\nResponsible for managing site staff & specialist subcontractors.

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical and management issues, ensuring project continuity and client satisfaction.\n\nDrive the company’s growth by enhancing operational procedures, contributing to business development and strategic planning.\n\nExperience/Skills Required:\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in Electrical Project Management.\n\nA proven track record of successfully managing multiple phased electrical projects at the same time\n\nSolid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.\n\nExceptional organisational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.\n\nProficient in project management software and tools.\n\nHappy to work weekends/out of hours for critical works.\nExcellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.\n\nWorking in Sectors:\n\nCommercial\nHistorical Buildings\nData Centres\nEducation\nRefurbishment and Fit-Out\n\nQualifications:\n\nElectrically qualified, holding a valid ECS Gold or Black Card\nSSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certified\nSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified\nPRINCE2 qualification highly regarded, but not essential\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nCompetitive rewards and benefits.\n\nCompany card\n\nTravel allowance\n\nPrivate medical cover.\n\nSupportive, collaborative culture.\n\nBe a key player in a small team with big ambitions, directly impacting our growth and success.\n\nEnjoy a role with high autonomy and the opportunity to build and refine key business processes.\n\nPlenty of opportunity for career advancement.\n\nWork in a supportive and passionate team that values innovation and efficiency.\n\n£50k-£60k depending on experience + Bonus Opportunities\n\nAs part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide evidence of successfully delivered projects.\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\n\nWork Location: Hybrid remote in Coulsdon CR5 2HS
