PPM, reactive and technical operations

are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. You'll act as the senior technical point of contact during your shift, delivering high-quality engineering support across a range of critical and non-critical systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electrical & mechanical shift engineers Carry out and supervise PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault diagnostics Manage critical systems including

HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers Ensure all

LOTO , safe systems of work, and compliance procedures are followed Complete shift reports, logbooks, permit control, and stakeholder updates Provide hands-on technical support to maintain site uptime and reliability Support critical switching operations where required What We're Looking For Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (C&G Level 3 / NVQ3 / 18th Edition) Experience in a

critical or data centre environment
