Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our clients expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Liverpool Street. You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

PPMs and reactive maintenance Monitor and maintain critical systems, including lighting, power, HVAC, and life safety equipment. Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements

2391 Inspection and Testing Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition 5 years experience in a similar position Right to work in the UK HVAP
