About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations on mainly commercial and healthcare projects , supervising electrical staff, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and electrical apprentices.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed to required safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Plan and allocate work to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and staff hours.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within commercial & Healthcare projects (Industrial experience beneficial)Relevant electrical qualification/certification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Full driving licence (preferred).
