As an Electrical Supervisor, you will supervise complex aircraft maintenance activities, work independently using approved technical data and instructions, and ensure compliance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE). Duties and Responsibilities: Provide flexibility during peak flying periods by supporting the flying task during the busiest parts of the day. Undertake Out-of-Phase (OOP) maintenance tasks during aircraft turnarounds. Assist aircrew with crew-in rectification to ensure operational readiness. Make decisions and take actions within authorised limits, based on trade, experience, and competence.

Skills and Qualifications: Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or a military equivalent. xehkeey Minimum academic qualification: City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance, or an equivalent certification.
