Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-profile data centre project. The successful candidate will have strong shell & core experience and a proven track record of supervising electrical works on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
*
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works across shell & core phases
*
Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
*
Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with drawings and standards
*
Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings
*
Liaise with project management, engineers, and other trades
*
Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures
*
Assist with inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on data centre or large commercial projects
*
Strong shell & core electrical experience (essential)
*
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
Strong focus on health & safety and quality control
*
Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
*
SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
*
ECS / CSCS card (required)
