We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician or Engineer to join one of the UKs leading training providers as a Workshop Technician .
This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Based at our clients state-of-the-art training centre in Oxford, youll support apprentices by providing hands-on guidance in a well-equipped, professional learning environment.
The Role
As a Workshop Technician, you will:
Provide practical support and guidance to apprentices during training sessions
Assist in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment
Support trainers in delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences
Ensure equipment and resources are prepared and maintained to a high standard
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Electrical or Engineering NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
Proven industry/occupational experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good IT skills
Full UK driving licence
