Electrician – CambridgeLocation: Cambridge & surrounding areas Salary: £38,000+ DOE & Quals Contract: Full-time Permanent - Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00.Company Van and Fuel Card ProvidedWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services organisation for a motivated and ambitious Electrician to join their Maintenance team, covering sites in and around Cambridgeshire.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician who is confident working independently and takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship. The business continues to expand, offering genuine opportunities for progression to individuals who demonstrate strong performance and commitment.Working in close partnership with clients, this role requires not only technical competence but also strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance and refurbishment works across various sitesInterpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project deliveryFault finding, diagnostics and repair of electrical systems and equipmentEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and health & safety proceduresLiaising with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project deliveryMaintaining accurate records of work completed, materials used and time allocationIdentifying improvements and contributing to best practice developmentSupporting junior engineers and apprentices where required RequirementsTo be considered, candidates must have: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical InstallationExperience within commercial, industrial or facilities environmentsA strong understanding of domestic and commercial electrical systemsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills and a customer-focused attitudeA valid UK driving licence Desirable: Test & Inspection qualification (C&G 2391 or equivalent)Willingness to upskill in PV systemsSite management experience, including coordinating subcontractors Application Process: If you would like more information on this position of a Electrician – Cambridge or any other vacancy, please email your current CV through to or call Charlotte on 07791983686JBRP1_UKTJ
