Electrician / Domestic Testing Engineer (EICR)\n Salary: £38,000-£42,000 p/a plus commissions OTE £55,000+ (per test & remedials in the property)\n Reports to: Qualified Supervisor\n Location: Social Housing Contracts - South West London\n\nThis is a temporary position with the possibility of going perm after 12 weeks.\n\nAbout Us\n\nThe Wiggett Group is a trusted name in social housing property services, delivering high-quality solutions through our specialist divisions: Electrical, Fire & Security, Roofing, Scaffolding and Property Services. We're growing rapidly and are seeking an experienced Electrician to bolster our Electrical team.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe're seeking a skilled Electrician with proven EICR testing experience to carry out electrical and remedial works across our Housing Association properties. This is a key role to ensure tenant safety, compliance, and quality service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConduct EICR inspections and ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations.\nPerform routine testing, maintenance, and remedial works on Housing Association properties.\nDiagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently.\nInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems to a high standard.\nComplete accurate EICR certification and maintain detailed records.\nDeliver excellent customer service to tenants, addressing concerns promptly.\nWork collaboratively with other engineers, supervisors, and contractors.\n \nWhat You'll Need\n\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).\nCity & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection & Testing ()\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.\nProven EICR and electrical testing experience.\nHousing association or similar experience .\nStrong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary + bonus scheme\nPension scheme\nCompany van, fuel card, and uniform provided\n23 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy/sell 3 days)\nOngoing training and development\nGroup Life Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)\nVirtual GP Appointments & Online Physio Pension scheme
