Electrician\n\n6 - 12 Months\n\nPeterborough / Lincoln / Essex\n\n£270 - £280 p/d\n\nJob Vacancy: Freelance Electrician - Water & Wastewater Sector ⚡\n\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Freelance Electrician to support ongoing projects within the water and wastewater industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for flexible contract work across various treatment works, pumping stations, and industrial sites.\n\nThere are multiple Anglian Water sites across Peterborough / Lincoln / Essex\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nElectrical installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment within clean water and wastewater facilities\n\nWork on pumps, motors, control panels, instrumentation, and onsite electrical systems\n\nAssist with electrical commissioning and site upgrades\n\nConduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and breakdown response\n\nEnsure all works comply with electrical regulations, safety standards, and site requirements\n\nRead and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation\n\n Requirements:\n\nProven experience as an Electrician within the water sector (clean or wastewater)\n\nRecognised electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)\n\nJIB Gold card \n\nConfined space and EUSR/Water Hygiene training desirable\n\nStrong understanding of industrial electrical systems\n\nAbility to work independently and travel between sites\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nIf you are interested please reach out ASAP\n\nThanks
