Are you a skilled and qualified electrician, seeking a new challenge within residential construction? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding construction firm delivering high-quality residential development projects across the West Midlands!

Our client is a rapidly growing company keen to strengthen their team with adaptable and experienced professionals. We're on the hunt for a full-time Multi-Skilled Tradesman with a core specialism in electrical work, a relevant experience or qualifications are required.

The Role:

You'll be a vital part of the team, leveraging your electrical expertise while also demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to carry out a broad range of site tasks, including:

Tiling

Basic construction and carpentry

Snagging and finishing work

General support across residential build projectsThis is a long-term job scheduled to start in approximately 2–3 weeks. CIS registration is required.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesman in residential construction.

Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Willingness to take on a variety of tasks outside your core trade.

Based in or able to travel within the West Midlands.
