We are looking for a reliable and experienced Self-Employed Maintenance Electrician to undertake a wide range of electrical maintenance and installation work across social housing properties. The role involves testing, fault finding, and installing electrical systems to a high standard, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Installation of smoke alarms, CO alarms, and heat alarms to current standards. Fitting and replacing electric panel heaters . Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and associated remedial works. Installation of new consumer units (fuse boxes) to meet 18th Edition regulations.
