We're seeking a qualified Electrician to join a team delivering maintenance and compliance works in social housing properties across Nottingham and surrounding areas. You'll carry out EICRs, remedial works, and general electrical repairs in tenanted homes.\n\nKey Responsibilities of the Electrician:\n• Carry out routine electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs in social housing\n• Complete EICRs and ensure all work meets current regulations\n• Identify and resolve electrical faults in a safe and efficient manner\n• Perform remedial work following failed inspections\n• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with tenants and office teams\n\nRequirements for the Electrician:\n• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)\n• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n• 2391 or equivalent inspection & testing qualification\n• Experience working in domestic or social housing settings\n• Strong communication and problem-solving skills\n• Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat the Electrician will receive:\n• Permanent full-time role with consistent workload\n• Company van and fuel card\n• 24 days annual leave + public holidays\n• Pension with employer contributions\n\nIf you are interested in this Electrician role, please call Sam on (phone number removed)
