Your new company You'll be joining a respected and forward-looking housing provider responsible for maintaining over 35,000 homes across the Midlands. Their in-house Repairs & Maintenance team plays a crucial role in ensuring customers feel safe, supported and proud of their homes.This opportunity sits within their South Patch, covering Leicestershire, Coventry, Hinckley and Northampton, supporting both occupied and empty (void) properties. Your new role Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum + Company Vehicle & FuelHours: 39 per week Contract: Permanent As an Electrician, you'll be carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs, installations and safety checks to ensure customers' homes meet the highest standards and comply with the latest IET Wiring Regulations. Your work will include:Repairs & Maintenance (Occupied and Void Homes) Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in kitchens, bathrooms and general living areas. Replacing accessories such as sockets, switches, extractor fans and lighting fittings. Rewiring individual circuits or full-property rewires in empty homes. Installing and maintaining smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms. Upgrading consumer units/ distribution boards. Electrical work associated with kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms refurbishments.
