Job Title: Domestic Electrician – Service & Repairs\nLocation: Wembley, London\nSalary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Company Van + Fuel Card + Benefits\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Domestic Electrician to join our growing team based in Wembley. This is a field-based role focused on domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, and testing, primarily within occupied and void properties.\n\nYou’ll be working independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard in accordance with current regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Carrying out electrical fault finding, repairs, and maintenance in domestic properties\n\n * \n\n Performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and remedial works\n\n * \n\n Ensuring all work complies with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and health & safety standards\n\n * \n\n Completing job sheets and certification using handheld devices\n\n * \n\n Liaising with tenants and office staff in a professional manner\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) – Essential\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations – Essential\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation – \n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence – Essential\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in domestic electrical servicing and repairs\n\n * \n\n Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary: £40,000–£45,000 (DOE)\n\n * \n\n Company van and fuel card\n\n * \n\n Tools and uniform provided\n\n * \n\n Ongoing training and development opportunities\n\n * \n\n 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme
