Main role and responsibilities: Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults primarily in social housing and commercial properties. Working alongside other work streams:
Carrying out repairs and installation to Kitchen/Bathrooms/Retrofit/Repairs/Maintenance/Rewires and Voids, to bring the dwellings to current regulations.
Have strong experience in signing off on your own works.
A natural leader, able to assist other electricians when required.
Ensuring that all electrical work complies with industry regulations and standards.
Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including the signing of certification.
Participating in on-call and emergency response as part of a rota system
Essential Qualifications: Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation or City and Guilds 236-1 and 236- 2
City and Guilds 2391
18th edition wiring regulations
AM2 or JIB Gold card
Full UK Driving License
Able to pass a Full DBS disclosure.
Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures
