Role Overview: As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out EICR testing within occupied properties, ensuring all installations are safe, compliant, and completed to a high standard. The role will involve working acrossCoventryand surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities: Carrying out EICR testing in social housing properties Identifying and reporting remedial works Completing certification and documentation accurately Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards Providing professional and courteous service to tenants
We are looking for an Electrician who has: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation 2391 Testing & Inspecting 18th Edition AM2 Previous experience within social housing Full UK driving license
