Salary: £160 - £200 per day
We are currently looking for skilled and reliable Electricians to join a well-established local contractor's responsive repairs team. This role involves working across social housing properties throughout Essex, North and East London carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Performing electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in tenanted and void properties.
Conducting EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and remedial works as required.
Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects.
Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner.
Operating within the company's occupational road risk policies and procedures.
Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices.
Using a PDA smart phone to correspond daily with the Repairs Planning team and colleaguess to update progress and completion information for your allocated work. Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)
City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
UTR number required for payment (self-employed subcontractor status)Benefits:

Paid 10 hour workday, including travel time.
