Role Overview: As the Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out EICR inspections and a range of electrical works within social housing properties. You will work across a designated area in the Chelmsford area, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations while completing high-quality work for tenants and clients. The Electrician will be:Completing EICR testing within occupied social housing propertiesCarrying out additional electrical works including remedials, upgrades and general repairsEnsuring all work is delivered safely and in accordance with 18th Edition regulationsUsing a PDA or paperwork to record findings and complete certificates accuratelyWe are looking for an Electrician who has:NVQ Level 3AM218th Edition2391/Testing & Inspection qualificationExperience working in social housingOwn transport and toolsThe Electrician will receive:Between £200 - £270+ per dayAdditional electrical works available on price work ratesTablet to view jobs booked in ahead of timeLong-term, ongoing work with a market-leading contractorWeekly pay and consistent workloadLocation & Travel:Work available across various social housing contracts in Chelmsford.Daily travel across a defined patch; mileage covered by your own vehicle.
