- G3 Systems Ltd Location: Osprey Quay, Portland, DT5 1PY G3 Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our dynamic production team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects both in the UK and overseas, contributing to high-quality engineering solutions within a fast-paced environment.

The Role As an Electrician at G3 Systems, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery through electrical installation, testing, and fault diagnosis activities.

You will work collaboratively across trades to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities Work on G3 Systems projects as an electrical tradesperson Carry out periodic electrical testing of build units, both on and off site Undertake fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems and equipment Complete production tasks as directed by the Production Manager Support and control integration production sub-tasks Identify materials required to complete assigned tasks Assist with non-electrical tasks alongside other trades when required Monitor build quality and report production snags in line with G3 processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Travel within the UK and overseas as required for company projects Comply with G3 Systems Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures Conduct local Health & Safety risk assessments Qualifications City & Guilds 2382-18 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2397 Inspection & Testing City & Guilds 2394 Initial Verification City & Guilds 2391 Periodic Inspection & Testing Skills & Experience Previous experience within a trade or production environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Competent in the use of hand, mains-powered, and battery-operated tools Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team Basic IT skills Why Join G3 Systems Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects Exposure to both UK and international assignments xbpsjku A supportive team environment with a focus on continuous improvement Competitive salary and benefits package What We Offer: Opportunity to work on high-profile international defence and government projects A collaborative and technically driven working environment Career development within a growing and specialist engineering & construction organisation Competitive salary and compensation scheme, minimum entry point salary starting at £34,000 per annum; based on experience 25 days annual leave 37.5 hours working week Private Medical Insurance Cover (BUPA) Life Cover (3.5x salary) Pension Plan Plus various salary sacrifice schemes (eBike, electric car purchase) and other life wellbeing platforms
