Are you ready to take on a leadership role in product development within Prime Financial Services? As a Product Development Vice President, you will be involved in building out our product strategy, leading initiatives to improve existing product sets, or even create new ones from scratch. You will work closely with other teams throughout the organization to support the Prime Financial Services business. As a Product Development Vice President, you will be the sole point of contact and escalation point for all product, technology, and operational inquiries related to assigned projects. You will lead Financing projects on behalf of the business from inception through to implementation, ultimately accountable for meeting these mandates. You will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to deliver commercial and robust product solutions related to Stock Borrow Loan, Pricing & Rates management, Analytics & Optimization, whilst satisfying the Regulatory agenda.
Be the sole point of contact and escalation point for all product, technology, and operational inquiries related to assigned projects.
Lead Securities Financing projects on behalf of the business from inception through to implementation, ultimately accountable for meeting these mandates.
Ensure the product investment is clearly aligned to commercial business objectives.
Conduct business analysis by collaborating with trading, sales, middle office and technology partners to understand their current processes and pain points, identifying opportunities for improvement
Work experience in Securities Lending & Prime Brokerage
Extensive product knowledge and expertise directly in product development.
Gather information through process mapping, flow-charting, data analysis, and make recommendations to meet product objectives and workshops to determine and develop improved process engineering, prepare presentations.
Lead programs across multiple streams of work simultaneously while balancing the business, client, and regulatory needs versus budgetary pressures.
Experience and passion for developing new solutions and creative problem-solving and solid judgement/decision-making.
Leverage data-driven methods to evaluate business processes and propose improvements and/or solutions.
