Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Payroll - EMEA, you will manage the delivery of payroll services across the EMEA region, working with external payroll providers for approximately 35 payrolls in over 12 countries. The role involves reviewing payroll controls, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, and leading payroll training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting and leading the payroll team, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Payroll Processes and Systems.
  2. Training new starters and providing ongoing training on HR systems and payroll processes.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date payroll procedures and supporting cross-training within the team.
  4. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing with external bureaus.
  5. Supporting month-end payroll reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with HMRC requirements.
  6. Supporting payroll data integrity, audits, and system administration.
  7. Ensuring GDPR compliance and data privacy in payroll activities.

People Management: While there are no direct management duties, the role involves motivating the team, supporting communication, coaching, and participating in recruitment.
