Artis HR are partnering with a large organisation in the telecoms sector to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Consultant on a 12-month FTC.
This isn't BAU ER. This is high-impact, business-critical change.
The Role
You'll be at the forefront of large-scale restructures and redundancy programmes, leading both collective and individual consultations end-to-end.
You will:
* Provide expert ER guidance on complex, high-risk cases during organisational change
* Partner with HR, Legal and senior leaders to deliver compliant, fair and consistent outcomes
* Manage sensitive cases including dismissals, appeals and consultation processes
* Coach and support managers through change, ensuring best practice and UK legal compliance
About You
You're confident operating at senior level and comfortable navigating complex environments.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale restructure and redundancy programmes
* Experience within a large, multi-site or global organisation
* Strong UK employment law knowledge, particularly around consultation, dismissal and change
* Experience in telecoms, utilities or similarly regulated / high-volume environments (highly desirable)
* CIPD Level 5+ (preferred)

* £55,000 - £60,000
