HR Case Manager, Chester
Salary: Up to £39,000 plus excellent benefits

Our client is a well-established organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and change. To support this transformation and ensure their people are equipped to thrive, they are seeking an experienced HR Case Manager to join their HR team. This role has arisen to strengthen their advisory capabilities and provide essential support on complex employee relations matters.
Reporting into the HR Leadership Team, this role will involve managing a portfolio of challenging and sensitive HR cases. You will provide expert guidance and support to managers on a variety of people issues, including conduct, capability, grievances, and employee relations. From overseeing investigations to advising on hearings and appeals, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are handled fairly, pragmatically, and in line with best practice.
You will have a proven track record of managing complex HR cases, coupled with an up-to-date understanding of UK employment law. With excellent communication and coaching skills, you will be confident working with managers at all levels, helping them to navigate sensitive situations and driving successful outcomes. Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified, you will also have the ability to apply a commercial lens to HR decisions and demonstrate a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive HR team in a hybrid role that offers flexibility and challenge. If you are ready to make a difference and use your expertise to shape positive outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
