A respected and long-standing law firm in Kent is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its experienced and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied employment caseload within a growing department, with clear progression, hybrid working, and a strong salary package on offer.

The Role
You will handle a broad range of employment matters for both employer and employee clients, including:

• Advising on disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancy, settlement agreements and day-to-day HR queries
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks
• Providing strategic advice on reorganisations, TUPE, and workplace disputes
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters when required
• Assisting with business development and contributing to client training and seminars

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
• Strong technical knowledge and confident handling both contentious and advisory work
• Excellent communication, drafting, and client-care skills
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Ambitious, organised, and commercially aware
