The team combines technical expertise with a commercial and pragmatic approach, offering both contentious and non-contentious advice at the highest level.

\nEmployment Solicitor — Position Overview:
\n
- \n\t
- Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues \n\t
- Handle contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal claims \n\t
- Support corporate transactions with due diligence and TUPE advice \n\t
- Draft and review employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, and settlement agreements \n\t
- Advise on reorganisations, disciplinaries, grievances, and day-to-day HR issues \n\t
- Manage cases involving employment status, redundancy, and restrictive covenants \n\t
- Provide clear, commercial advice to clients and work autonomously with partner support \n\t
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management \n

Requirements of the Employment Solicitor:
\n\n\n\n
\n\n
- \n\t
- Qualified Solicitor with 3–8 years’ PQE in Employment Law \n\t
- Experience advising employers (experience with senior employees also beneficial) \n\t
- Strong academic background and high-quality training \n\t
- Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment work \n\t
- Practical knowledge of the Employment Tribunal process \n\t
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills \n\t
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded \n\t
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and client relationship focus \n\t
- Confident, professional, and discreet in all client dealings \n\t
- IT literate with a practical working knowledge of digital tools and case management systems \n
