We’re working with a highly respected Employment team in Manchester that’s looking to strengthen its offering with an experienced solicitor. If you’re ready to take on nationally reported cases, advise household names, and work alongside a lead Partner in a supportive, forward-thinking environment—this is the role for you.

About the Team

This established team advises a broad range of commercial clients—from major PLCs and national limited companies to tech disruptors, media giants, and leading retail brands. The culture is collaborative, positive, and built around helping you thrive.

Mix of contentious and advisory work

• Employment tribunal litigation (including nationally reported cases)
• Strategic advice on restructures, whistleblowing, and discrimination matters
• Corporate support on M&A transactions and TUPE issues
• Working closely with the lead Partner and wider team on complex, high-value matters

Candidate experience

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
• Strong background in employment law from a reputable practice
• Solid respondent experience across both contentious and advisory matters
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Enthusiastic about building client relationships and contributing to team growth
