Unlike traditional high-street or full-service firms, employment law is all we do.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join their expanding team.

The Opportunity

This is not a volume, factory-style role.

You will manage a high-quality caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with real responsibility from day one. You will work directly with clients and play a meaningful role in shaping strategy, not just drafting documents.

The role offers genuine career progression within a specialist practice that is ambitious, commercially aware and people-focused.

Your Work Will Include

• Advising on unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and wrongful dismissal
• Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Redundancy and restructuring advice
• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
• Tribunal litigation from initial advice to final hearing
• Drafting contracts of employment, policies and senior executive documentation
• Strategic HR and risk management advice for employer clients.

You will have autonomy, support, and the opportunity to build your own reputation within a growing specialist brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical grounding and Tribunal experience
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a specialist team
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
