Job Description
Energy & Renewables Associate | London
Join a forward-thinking energy and sustainability practice, advising clients on projects across renewable energy, infrastructure, and decarbonisation initiatives. The team works with developers, operators, landlords, and energy providers on regulatory compliance, energy connections, and sustainability strategies.
The Role
Lead and support complex projects in the energy transition space, including renewable , utility connections, and low-carbon initiatives. Take ownership of client matters, provide practical commercial advice, and collaborate closely with senior colleagues on strategic and operational aspects of projects. Early responsibility and exposure to high-value, innovative work.
Requirements
Strong academic record Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction) 2–6 years’ PQE in energy, infrastructure, utilities, or sustainability-related legal work Experience advising on regulatory, licensing, or commercial matters within the energy sector Commercially aware, technically strong, and client-focused
