The leadership of Engineering teams, covering both automated and semi-automated parts of the plant Overseeing a Mutli-Skilled team of around 10 Maintenance Engineers International Management Skills, The development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques, To develop multi-functional / flexible manufacturing teams across operations Implement and push Engineering KPIs across the siteExperience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Supervisor

Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner Lead Engineer etc Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activitiesThis position would suit an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Lead Engineer, Maintenance Lead Engineer, Engineering Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager
