Chartered Engineer status or equivalent recognized by the Head of Technical Services Extensive experience in both civil construction and design projects Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong understanding of engineering standards, codes, and industry best practices Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills Ability to deputize for Project Managers when neededNice to Have Skills

Experience with innovative engineering solutions, digital technology, or sustainable design Knowledge of temporary works, temporary works coordination, or temporary works design Familiarity with environmental and safety standards related to civil infrastructure projectsPreferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role Demonstrated success in delivering complex infrastructure projects within budget and scheduleOther Requirements:
