As part of this innovative team, you’ll contribute to a platform that pushes the boundaries of digital advertising, combining creativity with data-driven precision to deliver unmatched results for top-tier clients.

THE ROLE

As the Engineering Manager, you’ll report directly to the CPTO and lead a team while being hands on through a pivotal phase of growth. Your mission: build data products, optimize data collection, and drive automation across the business. This role is 60% hands-on technical leadership and 40% mentorship, focusing on big data, efficiency, and product innovation.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Technical tasks: Designing scalable data pipelines (GCP, BigQuery, Python, SQL) and real-time data systems (PubSub).
• Leadership tasks: Mentoring a team of data and analytics engineers, aligning technical delivery with business goals, and owning the data roadmap.
• Product vision: Collaborating with stakeholders to build data reporting interfaces and tools that empower both internal teams and clients.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Engineering Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• 6+ years of engineering experience, with at least 1.5 years in a management role leading technical teams.
• Strong background in big data and AdTech —experience with GCP, BigQuery, PubSub, SQL and Python is essential.
• Data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker are also highly desirable
• Product-oriented mindset: Ability to understand business needs before designing solutions.
• Optimization and efficiency focus: Proven track record in automating processes and improving data quality.
• Cultural adaptability: Comfortable working in a diverse, global team and navigating change.
• A background in AdTech, data engineering and data analytics is highly desirable.
