With an excellent industry reputation and a commitment to engineering excellence. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to further strengthen their engineering team.


As Engineering Manager, you will be the technical lead across a range of engineering projects, working cross functionally with design, production, and project teams. You will champion best practices, drive continuous improvement, and play a pivotal role in developing our engineering standards and capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering activities across multiple projects
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering team members
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high quality, fit for purpose products
  • Work closely with internal teams to support business wide improvement initiatives
  • Proactively identify and resolve engineering and design challenges
  • Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and documentation
  • Represent engineering in cross functional discussions and business strategy


Experienced within a project or engineering focused environment you will have gained exposure within power generation, capital equipment, construction engineering or similar industries. We are looking for a credible, proactive, and structured individual who is passionate about engineering excellence and innovation. You should be confident in influencing others and capable of driving change and improvement. Offering an attractive starting salary alongside an excellent benefits package.
