About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

Engineering Manager

to lead our engineering team and drive successful delivery of cutting-edge Machine Learning and AI-powered products. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical credibility in ML/AI environments with proven leadership and people management skills. You'll oversee delivery pipelines, mentor engineers, and ensure AI-driven products are delivered to the highest standard - on time and aligned to business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers working across software and AI/ML initiatives

Drive delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business and product goals

Oversee technical direction, architecture, and best practices across Machine Learning and AI-powered systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise work, manage timelines, and balance innovation with operational reliability

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and accountability

Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions

Skills & Experience

Required: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading technical teams

Strong background delivering Machine Learning and AI-powered products

Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams

Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and to a high standard

Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

Background in hands-on software engineering or technical architecture

Knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML applications and scalable infrastructure

Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
